We use this information to operate the service, coordinate showings, communicate with users, secure accounts, process payments, and comply with legal obligations.

SMS/Text Messaging

Showings Made Simple may send informational and transactional SMS messages only to users who affirmatively opt in. Messages may include showing requests, showing availability, scheduling notifications, confirmations, and other showing-related notifications.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to use Showings Made Simple. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Showings Made Simple does not sell, rent, transfer, or share SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
