How It Works for Agents

Step 1

Create Your Agent Profile

Sign up and complete your agent profile with:

• License information
• Brokerage
• Contact details
• Service area
• Profile photo
• Completed and signed W-9 upload

This information helps match you with showing opportunities in your market.

Step 2

Review Showing Requests

Open buyer requests appear in your Agent Queue.

Each request includes:

• Property details
• MLS information
• Buyer notes
• Preferred date and time
• Request status

Step 3

Accept Requests That Fit Your Schedule

When you accept a request:

• The request is assigned to you
• It is removed from the open queue
• The buyer is notified that an agent has accepted their request

Step 4

Contact the Buyer

Reach out directly to the buyer to coordinate a mutually agreeable showing time.

Communication should occur promptly after acceptance.

Step 5

Schedule the Showing

Once a date and time are agreed upon:

• Enter the scheduled showing date and time
• Update the request status
• Allow the buyer to track progress through their Buyer Dashboard

Step 6

Complete the Showing

After the showing takes place:

• Mark the showing as happened
• Update any necessary notes
• Track the request through the completion process

Step 7

Track Completion and Payout Status

Completed requests move through the platform workflow and become eligible for payout. A linked Stripe account is required to receive payments.

Agents can monitor:

• Accepted Requests
• Scheduled Requests
• Completed Requests
• Hold Status
• Future Payout Status
• Stripe account connection for receiving payments
